"We would like to thank everyone who made the EME week so unforgettable for Gramps and the entire Dada Son family. Going to the home of reggae music and receiving such a warm welcome was truly a surreal moment for us, as I am sure it was for India Arie and staff. It was a trip that had been talked about many times while on the Evolver Tour this past summer, and we were thrilled that it all came together so effortlessly." While in Jamaica, Gramps' label Dada Son Entertainment, also joined forces on February 3rd, launching the album's distribution with Tads International. Jamaican celebrities, fans and industry elite turned out for the launch in Kingston and were treated to a very special performance with Gramps and India Arie. The two have performed and toured together since collaborating on the smash hit, Therapy. Anthony also wants fans to "make sure to keep up with what Dada Son has in store for everyone in 2010; it is sure to be a special year full of surprises!" |
